Local knowledge
Woking grew up around the railway, and it shows in the Victorian and Edwardian streets close to the station and the Basingstoke Canal. Horsell Common, where H. G. Wells landed the Martians in The War of the Worlds, borders some of the most sought after roads in the town, and the Shah Jahan Mosque on Oriental Road was the first purpose built mosque in Britain.
Victorian and Edwardian houses here often have deep plots that suit kitchen extensions, while the interwar semis of Byfleet and the family homes of Knaphill and Brookwood are well suited to dormer and hip to gable lofts.

Yes. We work across Woking, including Woking, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Knaphill, Horsell, covering the GU21, GU22, GU24, KT14 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Woking homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Woking Borough Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
We price every project after a survey, because the size, structure and finish of each home is different. When you appoint us, your agreed build cost is locked in, protecting you from unexpected costs during the build.
