Local knowledge
Runnymede takes its name from the Thameside meadows where Magna Carta was sealed in 1215, and the borough still mixes riverside towns with open countryside. Royal Holloway's Founder's Building dominates the hill above Egham, while Virginia Water and the Wentworth Estate are home to some of the largest detached houses in the county.
In Addlestone, Chertsey and Ottershaw we convert lofts and extend semis and terraces for growing families. In Virginia Water and Englefield Green we take on larger extensions and alterations where design quality and planning detail matter most.

Yes. We work across Runnymede, including Chertsey, Addlestone, Egham, Englefield Green, Virginia Water, covering the TW20, KT15, KT16, GU25 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Runnymede homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Runnymede Borough Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
We price every project after a survey, because the size, structure and finish of each home is different. When you appoint us, your agreed build cost is locked in, protecting you from unexpected costs during the build.
