Local knowledge
Mole Valley runs from Box Hill and the River Mole through Dorking, with Denbies Wine Estate on the slopes above the town, up to Leatherhead and Ashtead in the north and down to Capel, Newdigate and Charlwood in the south. Much of the district is Green Belt or within the Surrey Hills National Landscape.
We work on Victorian and Edwardian houses in Dorking, interwar homes in Ashtead and Fetcham, and village cottages and barn style properties across the south of the district, where Green Belt and conservation area policy shape what can be built.

Yes. We work across Mole Valley, including Dorking, Leatherhead, Ashtead, Great Bookham, Little Bookham, covering the RH4, RH5, RH6, KT21, KT22, KT23 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Mole Valley homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Mole Valley District Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
We price every project after a survey, because the size, structure and finish of each home is different. When you appoint us, your agreed build cost is locked in, protecting you from unexpected costs during the build.
