Epsom Downs Racecourse has hosted the Derby since 1780, and the borough's green edges include Nonsuch Park, once the grounds of Henry VIII's Nonsuch Palace. Stoneleigh and Ewell are known for long streets of 1930s semis, while the older centre of Epsom has Georgian and Victorian houses within its conservation areas.
The 1930s semis of Stoneleigh and Ewell are textbook hip to gable loft conversions, often paired with a rear dormer and an ensuite. We also extend and remodel period homes around Epsom town centre, where conservation area rules shape what can be built.

Yes. We work across Epsom and Ewell, including Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh (part), Langley Vale, covering the KT17, KT18, KT19 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Epsom and Ewell homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
We price every project after a survey, because the size, structure and finish of each home is different. When you appoint us, your agreed build cost is locked in, protecting you from unexpected costs during the build.
