Local knowledge
Surrey Heath is named after the heathland that still covers much of it, from Chobham Common, one of the largest areas of lowland heath in the south east, to Lightwater Country Park. The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst sits on Camberley's western edge, and the area is full of family homes built from the 1960s onwards.
Detached and semi detached homes in Camberley, Frimley and Lightwater often have roof space ideal for a dormer or hip to gable loft, and gardens big enough for a generous kitchen extension. We check planning constraints such as conservation areas and the Green Belt around Chobham and Windlesham before design starts.

Yes. We work across Surrey Heath, including Camberley, Frimley, Frimley Green, Bagshot, Lightwater, covering the GU15, GU16, GU18, GU19, GU20, GU24 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Surrey Heath homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Surrey Heath Borough Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
