Waverley is one of Surrey's most rural boroughs, with much of it inside the Surrey Hills National Landscape. Yes. We work across Waverley, including Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere, Cranleigh, Bramley, covering the GU5, GU6, GU7, GU8, GU9, GU10, GU26, GU27 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Waverley homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Waverley Borough Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
