Local knowledge
Tandridge is Surrey's most easterly district, running from Caterham and Warlingham on the North Downs, through Oxted and the village green at Godstone, down to Lingfield, home of Lingfield Park racecourse, and Felbridge on the Sussex border. Most of the district is Green Belt, and much of the north lies within the Surrey Hills National Landscape.
Victorian and Edwardian homes in Caterham and Oxted, 1930s semis in Warlingham and Whyteleafe, and period cottages in Godstone, Lingfield and Bletchingley all have different needs. Green Belt policy and village conservation areas affect what can be built, so we check the constraints at your first meeting.

Yes. We work across Tandridge, including Caterham, Oxted, Warlingham, Whyteleafe, Godstone, covering the CR3, CR6, RH1, RH7, RH8, RH9, RH19, TN16 postcodes, and we serve homeowners across all Surrey postcodes.
Many loft conversions and single storey rear extensions fall under permitted development, but conservation areas, flats and larger projects need planning permission. Applications for Tandridge homes are decided by the local planning authority, currently Tandridge District Council, and we prepare and submit everything on your behalf.
We price every project after a survey, because the size, structure and finish of each home is different. When you appoint us, your agreed build cost is locked in, protecting you from unexpected costs during the build.
