About us
About Surrey Build Group
Surrey Build Group is a Surrey design and build company that brings architecture, structural engineering and construction together under one roof. We deliver high end home extensions and alterations across the county, and we are the parent company of Surrey Lofts.
Our story
One experienced team, from concept to completion.
Surrey Build Group is the parent company of Surrey Lofts, alongside Sussex Lofts, Surrey Timber Merchant and our own design and planning service. Bringing these specialists together means homeowners get one experienced team for the whole journey, rather than a chain of separate consultants and contractors.
Our approach is simple. We listen first, explain honestly what is possible and what is likely to be approved, then design, engineer and build it ourselves. Your agreed build cost is locked in when you appoint us, and your dedicated project team keeps you informed through your client portal until the last snag is signed off.
Sustainability matters to us. We design energy efficient spaces, keep waste on site to a minimum and recycle wherever we can.
Under one roof
Why homeowners choose us
